Our Story
Started back in 2011 when Mihai got tired of watching good companies fail for stupid reasons. Not market failure. Not bad luck. Just muddy strategy and teams working at cross purposes. So he brought in Adrian and Elena, and we've spent the last 13 years working with 47 different businesses across manufacturing, retail, and services. We've seen what works and what doesn't. We've made plenty of mistakes ourselves, which actually makes us better at this.
